01 — Overview

What it covers.

Thermal efficiency is margin. Fouled or undersized heat-transfer equipment quietly erodes output and forces unplanned cleaning shutdowns. ELiTE supplies cooling towers, heat exchangers, dryers, tracing systems, refractories, and related spares matched to your process.

We help operators protect both uptime and heat rate — selecting equipment for the real fouling, temperature, and duty conditions of the plant.

05 — Common questions

Asked before the RFQ.

Q1Which exchanger types do you cover?+
Shell & tube, plate, and air-cooled exchangers; high-pressure and breech-lock designs; and graphite and PTFE units for corrosive duty — plus evaporators, falling-film units, and ejectors.
Q2My exchangers foul constantly. Can you help beyond replacement?+
Yes — chronic fouling is usually a selection problem. We size and select for the real fouling, temperature, and duty conditions, which is often the difference between quarterly cleaning and an annual one.
Q3Do you supply refractories and insulation too?+
Yes — refractory material, thermal insulation, burners, furnaces, and rotary kilns sit in this same line, alongside heat tracing, jacketed vessels, and steam traps.
Q4What makes a heat-transfer RFQ quotable?+
Duty (heat load), both streams with temperatures and flow rates, fouling history, and any code requirement. Send it via the RFQ form — a full datasheet is ideal but not required to start.
