ELITE Company for Supplies ("ELiTE", "we") operates elite-itc.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and how we handle it. It applies to website visitors and to the business contacts who correspond with us.

01What we collect

• Enquiry and RFQ data — name, company, email, phone, and the content of your message or specification, when you submit our contact form or email us.
• Correspondence — emails and records of quotations, orders, and service communications.
• AI tool inputs — the text, documents, and photos you submit to our Product Finder, Nameplate Lookup, or Document to RFQ tools.
• Technical data — aggregated analytics (pages visited, referring site, device type, approximate country) to keep the site working and measure usage.

02How we use it

• To answer enquiries, prepare quotations, and fulfil orders — the purpose you contacted us for.
• To produce the answer you ask an AI tool for. Tool inputs are used for that request only.
• To maintain business records required for accounting, warranty, and contractual obligations.
• To improve the website. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing emails without consent.

03Legal basis & retention

We process enquiry data to take steps toward a contract at your request, and business records to meet legal obligations under Jordanian law, including the Personal Data Protection Law No. (24) of 2023. Enquiry data that does not lead to business is deleted or anonymized within 24 months; transaction records are kept for the statutory retention period. AI tool inputs are not stored on our servers after the answer is returned.

04Sharing & service providers

Data is shared only where fulfilment requires it: with the manufacturer (principal) whose product you are enquiring about, and with logistics providers for delivery. The website also relies on service providers that process data on our behalf:

• Netlify — hosts the website and receives contact-form submissions.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics — measures aggregated site usage without cookies.
• Anthropic — the AI provider that processes AI tool inputs to generate the answer.
• Google Fonts — delivers the website's typefaces, which means your browser contacts Google's servers.
• Our email provider, for correspondence.

Some of these providers process data outside Jordan, including in the United States. We use them only for the purposes above and require them to protect the data.

05AI tools

Product Finder, Nameplate Lookup, and Document to RFQ send what you type or upload to our AI provider to generate an answer, and the answer is returned to your browser. Please do not submit personal data that is not needed for your request, or documents you are not permitted to share. If you then send us the resulting RFQ, it is handled as enquiry data under this policy.

06Cookies & analytics

We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Site analytics are cookie-free and aggregated (Cloudflare Web Analytics). Our hosting platform may use strictly necessary technical cookies for security and to keep the site working.

07Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal duty to retain it. Write to sales@elite-itc.com; we acknowledge requests within one business day.

08Security & contact
